Currently I am working on some paintings for a first Friday show on September 7th and drawing to close on a commission I’ve been working on for a minute now. The show offer came just after I felt like I had found my stride on the commission after a frustrated month or so. So I really can’t put the commission aside because it’s all clicking….

Jessica just sent me this, she’s out of town visiting her sister in philadelphia and Brooklyn. She took some of my newest stickers, guess I never even really showed those…..
Anyways, the star gazer lily is one of my favorite flowers and the did well in the garden the garden this year so expect to see more in various projects that will come to light soon….

Oh and Brandon says hi, here he is eating a taco while wearing a pizza shirt. Pulled pork, smoked corn and pepper, feta and spinach mix.

As many of you know Claude Monet is my dog I found under a dumpster in a parking lot of a church where the homeless are fed off 40th and walnut. Today he turns 8, having been one of the most consistent sources of love I could ever imagine having. Have a beer for him today. If you know him you know he loves the sauce.

Looks like I will be showing a couple paintings at the Art and Frame Warehouse on Grand just south of 20th street. These are some of the works I hope to get finished in time to show.
